Shipping & Delivery Policy
StyleShift is dedicated to delivering your order with utmost care and ensuring it reaches you in a timely manner. We strive to provide good quality packaging for all shipments. Please note that we ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, we work with reputed courier agencies.
Calculating Shipping Charges for Multiple Units:
Each product has its own specified shipping charge. If you order multiple products, the program will calculate the total shipping charges by adding up the individual delivery charges associated with each product. This means that if you order three products, you will be charged the total of all individual delivery charges for each product. The delivery fee is calculated separately when different products are ordered.
Our prices are all-inclusive, with all taxes included in the list prices, except for Octroi charges, if applicable in your region. Please note that additional Octroi charges may apply for shipments to Maharashtra Region.
Estimated Delivery Time:
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days. In most cases, orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. The delivery will be made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
Receiving a Damaged Product:
If you receive a product in a damaged condition or notice any tampering or damage to the packaging before delivery, we kindly request you to refuse acceptance of the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please contact our customer care team at styleshift18@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you return the product to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues with your order promptly.
