Return, Exchange and Refund

As per our company policy, we provide exchange of sizes of the same product for standard sizes. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. In cases where the desired product size is not available in stock, we will issue a credit note for your purchase.

Please note that any items not received by us will not be considered as exchanged/returned.

Please note the following things before starting exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale are not eligible for return and exchange.
  • Exchange can be done within 7 days of the date of delivery. You may write to us at styleshift18@gmail.com strictly within 7 days of the date of delivery to request an exchange
  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

Your items must be same condition, unused, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact and in its original packaging.
